At Hyman’s Jewellers, we take great care in ensuring every item meets our high standards. However, some items are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene, customisation, or sale status. These include:

Returns Policy
At Hyman's Jewellers, located at 4-8 Call Lane, Leeds, LS1 6DN, we want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason your item isn’t 100%right, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or an exchange—just ensure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice). You can return unworn items to us either via post or in-store within 30 days of purchase.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the legal right to reject goods that are of
unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, and to receive a full refund
within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to find your product meets these criteria, you can return it to us for a refund.
How to Return Your Item
For Online Purchases:
Please email our customer services, stating your order number and requesting a return label. We will then email you a label complete with return instructions.
Take the item to your local Post Office and ask for proof of postage.
For In-Store Purchases:
Simply visit your nearest Hyman's Jewellers store, and our team will assist you in returning or exchanging your item. Please return with your original proof of purchase.
Free Returns
We offer free returns by post for all web orders within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For returns from the Republic of Ireland, you will be required to post the item back to our returns center at your own expense.
To return your item by post within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland:
- Detach the pre-paid returns label from the invoice/receipt and complete the returns information.
- Ensure the completed invoice is included in the parcel.
- Display the pre-paid returns label clearly on the outside of the parcel.Take the item to the Post Office and get proof of postage.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return. If a refund is requested, it will be credited back to the original payment card. Exclusions from Our Returns Policy

Special Orders Pre-Owned Watches
For pre-owned watches, you can return your item within 14 days, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by relevant paperwork and proof of purchase.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke items or special orders unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Ring Sizes:
Some rings cannot be resized. Please ensure your ring is unworn should you require a size exchange.

At Hyman's Jewellers, we are confident in the quality of our products, which are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This guarantee can be honored at any of stores or through mail order, with proof of purchase. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights.
