Where’s my order?


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email update from us with your individual postal tracking reference. Use this reference to track the progress of your parcel with the courier directly. If your tracking reference is not showing details as expected, please contact our Customer Service Team at 0113 244 6439.


Can I get my ring resized?


Yes! We offer complimentary resizing for rings purchased at Hymans, as long as the ring is a style that can be resized. To ensure the ring can be resized, please email us your ring size prior to purchase. Post-purchase resizing will incur a charge of £20.00 for each size adjustment. For more advice, please visit our Leeds store or contact our Customer Service Team at 0113 244 6439.


How do I adjust my watch bracelet?


We offer free watch resizing on all new purchases. For online orders, we can adjust the bracelet on OMEGA, TAG Heuer, TUDOR, ROLEX and Breitling watches before dispatch. Measure your wrist using an online size guide and email us with your wrist size after checkout hello@hymansjewellers.co.uk . If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Services or visit our store. For all other brands, please visit our store for adjustments.


How do I alter or cancel my order?


If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact our Customer Service Team. Please note that dispatched orders cannot be altered or cancelled and will need to be returned via our returns process.


What can I do if I’m having issues placing an order online?


If youre having trouble placing an order online, please call our friendly Customer Service & Sales Team at 0113 244 6439 for assistance.


When will my order arrive?


Your estimated delivery date will be indicated in your order confirmation email. If you
selected standard delivery and placed your order before 2pm, your order will generally
arrive within 2 working days. For more details, please visit our delivery page.


Can I track my order?


Absolutely! You will receive tracking information sent to the email address used to place the order once it has been dispatched.

What should I do if my parcel and/or product has arrived damaged?


If your product has arrived damaged, please complete your despatch note and return it to us using the freepost returns label and resealable box. Our returns team will happily provide you with a refund or exchange (subject to availability).


What is your returns policy?


We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if it’s not quite perfect, you can return any unworn item within 30 days via post or to your nearest store, accompanied by proof of purchase and in original packaging.


What is your returns policy on earrings?


We can offer a refund or exchange on earrings as long as they are unworn, returned within 30 days of purchase, and accompanied by proof of purchase with original packaging. Please note, we cannot accept returns on special or personalised orders.


What items cannot be returned?


Personalised or altered items, items made to your specification (special orders), items thathave been worn, past the 30-day return period, or those without proof of purchase or original packaging cannot be returned. Gift cards are also exempt from returns.


How does a gift receipt work?


Gift receipts can be obtained in-store if requested at the time of purchase. If the gift isn’t suitable, the recipient can obtain an exchange in line with our returns policy.


How can I return my item?


We offer free returns via store or by post. For in-store returns, fill out the returns label and indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange. For online orders within the UK and Northern Ireland, please follow the steps on your despatch note for postal returns.


What is your returns policy on pre-owned items?


We accept returns on pre-owned watches within 14 days of purchase, provided you have your proof of purchase and any related papers and packaging.


When will I receive my refund?


Refunds will typically appear back in your account within 3-5 working days from the date of processing.


What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?


If you haven’t received your refund after 5 working days, please contact us at 0113 244 6439, and our team will assist you. You may also want to contact your bank.


Can I return purchases made on finance?


Yes, as long as the item is returned unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days, accompanied by proof of purchase.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Interest Free Credit (PayPal Credit ) Klarna, Clearpay, and Gift Cards.


How can I pay by one of your finance options?


You can select the Pay by Finance option at checkout online or apply in-store or over the phone. For more information, please contact our friendly Customer Service & Sales Team.


Can I pay by PayPal?


Yes, we offer PayPal at checkout for secure payments. PayPal Credit is also available subject to eligibility.


Do you offer options to spread payment without a credit search?
Yes, we offer Klarna, which performs a soft search only. Please follow our links for more information.


How long is the warranty on your products, and what does it cover?

Our warranty covers you against any manufacturing or design faults for 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all our products.

Can my ring be resized?


Yes, your ring can usually be resized, but it depends on the style of the ring. Generally, stone set bands, rings with stone set shoulders, or intricate designs may not be able to be resized without compromising the security of the stones. Please email us before purchasing or visit our store where our friendly team will happily advise you on your options.


How much do you charge for ring resizing?


The charge for ring resizing varies based on the service required, as well as the metal and style of the ring. We offer a free resizing service for ring styles purchased from us within 3 months of the purchase. After this time, sizing is charged at £20.00 per size.


Can I extend my necklace and/or bracelet?
Absolutely! We offer a range of 1–4 inch extenders for our Hymans jewellery. You can
discover our extenders online or ask any of our team members for assistance.


Do you offer watch bracelet alterations and is there a charge?


Yes, we provide free watch link removals in-store for watches purchased from us. For
watches not purchased at Hymans, the charge is between £15-30 depending on the watch, and its subject to having the required tools and the brand stocked. Additionally, we can alter bracelets before dispatch for TAG Heuer, OMEGA, Breitling, TUDOR, and ROLEX watches—just let us know your wrist size in the store.


How do I find out the size of my wrist?


We have an excellent guide on wrist sizing in our Watch Size BLOG POST, or you can visit us in-store for professional sizing assistance from our experts.

How much do you charge for rhodium coating?


Rhodium coating is available for £55 and takes approximately 10 working days, although it may take longer during the Christmas season. Visit your nearest store, and our friendly team will assist you. If you’re unable to come in, please call our Customer Service & Sales Team for more advice.


How long do repairs take?


The duration of repairs depends on the specific product, brand, manufacturer, and the
nature of the work required. Our team will keep you updated with a timeframe for your
individual case.


What is a special order?


A special order refers to any purchase that has been altered to your specifications. This includes non-standard ring sizes, jewellery made of alternative metals, or any products not included in our current range. For more information, feel free to call us. 

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we offer engraving at any of our stores, which takes approximately 10 working days. The current cost is £50 for the first 10 characters. Additional characters (11-25) are charged at +£5 per letter.


How can I care for my jewellery at home?

Can I swim or shower in my jewellery?


We recommend removing all jewellery prior to swimming, showering, or bathing to keep it looking beautiful for as long as possible. This is especially important for plated items and gemstones, as they can become dull or faded.


Can I sleep in my jewellery?


We always advise removing both your watch and jewellery before sleeping to prevent
accidental damage. This helps to avoid entanglements, scratches, and damage to the
settings.
