From Concept to Completion

Consultation & Inspiration – Share your ideas in-store or by DM. Bring sketches, photos, or an heirloom to reimagine.

CAD & Visuals – We create a detailed digital design so you can see every angle before we begin.

Making & Hallmarking – Our jewellers hand-craft the piece, set stones, and send it to the Assay Office for hallmarking.

Final Polish & Handover – Your finished jewellery is gift-ready and waiting for collection.
