From Concept to Completion
1. Consultation & Inspiration
Your journey begins with a friendly consultation—in-store or via Instagram DM. Bring ideas, images, heirlooms or even just a style you love. We’ll talk through options, materials, and budget.
2. CAD Design & Visual Approval
Next, we create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) so you can view your piece from every angle before we begin making it. You’ll be able to request changes to ensure it’s just right.
3. Handmade in Our On-Site Workshop
Once approved, our jewellers handcraft your piece here on-site. From shaping and setting stones to the final polish, everything is done in-house. It’s then sent to the Assay Office for hallmarking, verifying the metal purity—so you know it’s the real thing.
4. Final Polish & Collection
We’ll keep in touch throughout the process, updating you at key stages. Once complete, your jewellery will be gift-ready and waiting for collection.
